Cooking Class

The proposal offers a full immersion into a traditional Ischian Sunday, starting with a visit to the winery and the fossa rabbit farm, followed by a cooking class dedicated to preparing the quintessential Sunday dish—one that, as children at our grandmothers’ homes, we could never escape from! All of this will be accompanied by the storytelling of a passionate local islander and writer, who will guide us on a journey through the history of Ischian traditions, delighting us with anecdotes and tales from his youth.
